The agency for brand experiences implements the annual kickoff 2016 for ALTE LEIPZIGER – HALLESCHE insurance corporation. The motto „boxing“ prepares sales employees for the change process.
EAST END created a powerful annual kickoff event for the ALTE LEIPZIGER – HALLESCHE corporation‘s new concept “linked20.20”: Themed “clear the ring for round 6”, all the corporation’s sales employees were prepared for the change process 2016 in order to live up to altered customer demands. The thematic model was provided by the musical “Rocky”, currently playing in the neighboring Palladium Theater.
A boxing ring serving as a speaker stage offered the suitable backdrop for the event. The President of the corporate board and boxing coach Christoph Teege accompanied participants throughout the afternoon, transporting tips and trips from the sport over to the new challenges in the insurance sector. Topics such as motivation, optimization and authority attuned the 350 participants to the upcoming changes.
In line with the theme, EAST END produced an opener film as well as short film sequences showing a boxer preparting for his “challenges”. With the help of 3D animations, the agency visualized the stability and sustainability of the corporation.
