New year, new OMR season: The turn of the year is behind us – and that means the festival is getting closer again. As one of the most relevant events for brands, OMR has long been more than just a trade fair: it is a stage, a community meeting place, and a content platform all at once. cosnova (essence & Catrice) – Employer branding & recruiting as an experience

For cosnova, we translated recruiting at OMR into a spatial experience that brought brand values, corporate culture and benefits to life in a playful and emotional way. Interactive touchpoints, real conversations, and attention-grabbing highlights ensured that information became a “moment.” The following year, the approach was further developed – with even more tech, more traffic, and more attention for the company as an employer brand.

 

Real Techniques – Social-to-Live Brand Awareness

For Real Techniques, OMR 2025 was the campaign highlight of a brand awareness initiative in the DACH region. The booth concept translated the brand message “Get the most out of your makeup” into a physical experience consisting of studio, photo, and lounge areas. This transformed digital community reach into tangible brand interaction – with measurable resonance directly at the booth.

 

Melitta – Festival Flair & Quality of Stay

At OMR, Melitta showed how brand appearances can create real meeting places: with a two-story “festival living room” as an eye-catching hub. Coffee touchpoints, activations, and entertainment ensured a pleasant atmosphere and recognition in the crowd. The experience linked the online and offline worlds and brought the brand to life in the digital universe of OMR.
