YEPODA’S K-BEAUTY ACADEMY ON TOUR

With the K-Beauty Academy on Tour, Yepoda brought the Korean beauty routine directly to the people in Europe. The mobile pop-up experience by EAST END transformed a bus into an interactive brand world and made K-Beauty come alive at iconic shopping destinations.

Task & Objectives

Yepoda aimed to further increase brand awareness across Europe and make the fascination of the Korean beauty routine directly tangible. The goal was to take the community on an interactive journey, activate new target groups in different markets, and at the same time build closeness and trust with the brand.

 

Idea & Implementation

Together with EAST END, a bus was transformed into a mobile pop-up experience – the “K-Beauty Academy on Tour.” The roadshow took place at some of Europe’s most iconic shopping destinations: from London’s Covent Garden to Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Berlin’s Mall of Berlin, and to the CAP3000 Shopping Center by the sea in Nice.

On-site, visitors experienced the world of Yepoda up close: they learned the steps of the K-Beauty routine, received free skin analyses, captured memories in the Korean-style photo booth, and got creative at the craft station. The project was implemented across multiple countries together with EAST END.

 

Results

The roadshow made the Yepoda brand tangible for thousands of people across Europe and sustainably strengthened the emotional brand image. The combination of knowledge transfer, experience, and community engagement generated high visitor numbers and strong PR reach. With the final stops in Barcelona – at Port Olímpic (September 3–10) and Moll de la Barceloneta (September 12–14) – the tour was rounded off and added another highlight to the brand’s international presence.
