Responsibilities and goals
Designing of a recruitment event for INDITEX, one of the biggest fashion retailer worldwide. Presentation of five of the overall eight store formats. Identification, addressing and information of a fashion oriented target audience aged 18-35 years.
Idea and realization
In order to ensure a united yet individual performance, INDITEX invited to a Housewarming Party- every room of the apartment a brand room. The over Chat Attack, Blogger Relations and posters distributed in fashion schools invited guests, were able to experience their potential work surrounding in an optical as well as haptic way.
For example Zara Home was in the bed room, Massimo Dutti in the living room and Zara in a walk in closet. Guests were directly linked to the INDITEX – Job portal “JOINFASHION” through an Online- Registration system and iPads on site. Additionally, Brand Ambassadors were at the location for questions and answers and invited for drinks and snacks in a chilled, stylish atmosphere.
Enthusiastic potential employees on site, were not only complimenting INDITEX and the associated brands but also the concept as a totally new alternative of a recruiting event and its casual atmosphere. Media- Buzz through Blogger and Social Media reports helped increasing the Job portal’s click counts. Continuation of the Pilot- Event as nationwide Roadshows.
